Ms. Wright is the Founder and Executive Director. The organization is headquartered in Lansing, Michigan. Ms. Wright’s desire and commitment is to empower individuals live as their authentic self from the inside out and aid individuals in gaining a second chance at life led her to found Uni4orm Resources in 2012. Ms. Wright motto is, “No matter how much we think we know of ourselves, there is more to learn.” Ms. Wright has over a decade of experience working in personal development and sales. She holds Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurial, and Life Coaching Certification.
Clarice Mastin-King
Community Developer, Board Vice President
Mrs. Mastin-King brings over 15 years of community development and youth empowerment with unwavering commitment to organizational enhancement and mission. She is a seasoned transformational community engagement leader and native of Flint, MI. Mrs. Mastin-King has been recognized as a distinguished collaborator who delivers excellent internal and external customer service in establishing and retaining healthy relationships within the community and partners. Mrs. Mastin-King received her bachelor’s degree in sociology with a concentration in social justice and criminal justice, double majoring in women’s studies from Central Michigan University, as well as master’s degree in educational leadership.
Dr. Tammé Shinshuri
Education Consultant, Board Advisor
Dr. Shinshuri is the Founder and fearless Executive Leader of Oracles of Truth Academy. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Master of Education in Instructional Technology, and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and has more than thirty years’ experience in digital media, education, instructional technology, information technology, and engineering fields. She provides leadership and direction to mentor, coach, and guides the board and organization.
